Customized Training Programs

Every NHL player has easy access to quality strength and conditioning programs. Unfortunately, pro players at other levels (i.e. AHL, IHL, CHL, ECHL, SPHL, and European leagues), junior, prep school, and youth players aren’t so lucky.

A quality hockey training program can COMPLETELY change the path of a player’s career.

Don’t be the player that gets cut because you’re too weak, too slow, or not in good enough shape.

I’ve worked with hockey players at all ages and ability levels.

I’ve helped eager young players train to make their first pro team.

I’ve helped undersized peewees develop the strength and confidence they need to compete with bigger players.

I’ve helped first year pros develop game-changing speed.

I’ve helped soon-to-be college freshmen enter the season with veteran-like confidence.

I’ve helped hockey players with every injury you can think of (sports hernias, groin strains, hip flexor strains, knee meniscus tears, ACL reconstructions, shoulder labrum surgery, shoulder dislocations and separations…the list is endless) continue to make progress while their injuries heal so they can return to the game stronger, faster, and better conditioned than they’ve ever been.

Now I want to help you!

Get the customized training program you need to be the player you know you can be.

I know you’re ready. You have the work ethic. You have the dedication. I’ll design the program, your roadmap to success. Follow the program EXACTLY. Email or call me if you have ANY problems. I GUARANTEE you’ll get the results you deserve.

A Look Inside a Program

All of my programs include:

  • Dynamic warm-up/ mobility work,
  • Linear and transitional speed work
  • Power and strength development
  • Functional linear and rotational core training
  • Comprehensive hockey-specific conditioning
  • Injury prevention exercises
  • Dietary recommendations to prime you for long-term success
  • Ongoing consultation throughout the duration of your training

Some Strength and Conditioning Coaches charge over $400/month for online training!

Like my coaching program, most of these coaches require a 3-month minimum commitment. That’s a $1,200! Considering the potential benefits of a professionally designed training program, it’d be well-worth the investment.

Having said that, I spent the majority of my hockey career saving up my own money to buy equipment and pay for ice time. I’m fully aware of how expensive hockey can be, so I want to cut you a deal.

Save $809 in 3 Months!

If you’re a new client, your first month will cost ONLY $247 $197!

After that, you’ll pay only $97 per month for the duration of your training.

Compare that to paying $400/month, and you’ll save $809 in your first 3 months! That’s a new pair of skates and a few new sticks. You can’t beat that!

Ice Hockey Skill Development

With the rapid increase in the number of hockey programs around the country, there is a shortage of qualified instructors to teach our young athletes. Why not bring in someone to help your athletes develop their skills?

On-ice instruction can include any of the following:

Power Skating: Emphasis on technique, edge work, and first step explosiveness

Puck Handling/Shooting: Help players extend their comfort zone to move the puck effectively while being aware of their surroundings, and learn to take powerful shots with their feet moving and heads up.

Contact: Teach players how and when to safely and effectively position their bodies to protect the puck from opponents and how to separate an opponent from the puck. Possession wins games!

Small Area Games: Provide a fun atmosphere for players to utilize their skills and creativity in an overload situation. By far the best way to improve offensive productivity!

Prices vary depending on the needs of the team or program.
