Mike-I put Olympic lift variations on UB days, speed/plyo work and deadlifts on LB days. To be honest, I don't do much conditioning these days, but when I do it's usually things like shuttles, slideboarding, bike sprints, and sled drags on LB days or some sort of circuit on either UB/LB/Full Body days. Depends on what the primary focus of my current program. Hope this helps.

Hi Kevin,

How do you incorporate full body exercises into this sched (ex. Olympic-style lifts like powerclean&press; deadlifts)?

How about quickness, agility, speed work, plyo and cardio/energy system work? Do you do those on off-days or on "lower body" days?

PS I'm a rec hockey player with a very full sched too so any tips would be appreciated.
